Toss Asian Cafe in Castle Rock

One of the worst food experiences I’ve had in Castle Rock. Was severely disappointed by the quality of the food. The summer rolls were huge but had TWO pieces of shrimp on it. The duck was overcooked and flavorless. I don’t normally post reviews like this but I’m just very disappointed.

Great food served with a smile. They have great hot and sour soup!

So so. Nothing exciting. Inexpensive. Creepy crow on the sign kawing at me made me think I had made a mistake.

Yum yum yum. The food is very very good and cooked to order. The staff was very friendly will be going back soon

This spot is great and broad, the menu was delightful and the rates were very economical. rapidly, efficient service and very amiable staff members. Recommended.

Pricing doesn't match quality, but quantity. They give you an incredible amount of extremely boring food. They love cabbage, probably because it's cheap. I walked into an empty restaurant and the employee at the counter seemed to be more interested in a movie. Menu is absolutely massive.Only giving it 2 stars because the food was cooked well enough. If you are thinking of starting a Thai or Chinese restaurant in Castle Rock, please do, everything here is really really disappointing

Order HOURS ahead if you want to eat dinner before the sun comes up...or just plan for best. 2 hour delivery...ridiculous

If I could give negative stars I would. Ordered delivery tonight and never got our food. After 3 hours and calling multiple times to be told that the driver was on the way, and that we would get a call back we finally gave up. Some of the worst customer service I've ever had. Trying to support small business and really don't appreciate getting yelled at on the phone.

What's weird is I got the food fast yet it was kinda cold. I got the Mongolian Beef which is supposed to be spicy. This had very little flavor and certainly no heat whatsoever! I don't eat real spicy food because I am a whimp to spicy however this was so bland and very very disappointing!

Food has always been great, but just be ready for the worst customer service possible if something isn't right. Waited for almost 3 hours to get our food delivered and order wasn't correct. Employee hung up on us 3 different times while trying to resolve issue.

This spot provides excellent service and enjoyable food. One of the best restaurant in the city. The meals came out quick and the rates were fair. Will definitely recommend this spot.

Worst Asian food in town. Terrible customer service. I work Door Dash and they left out a part of an order so when I drove all the way back to get it the woman at the counter argued with me even after I showed her the customers order on Door Dash. She proceeded to tell me she would give it to me this time but to tell the customer to get it right...When I dropped off the left out item, I was told the entire order was wrong! I made no money on this Dash because I tried to make it right but the restaurant blamed me and the customer...The two times we have eaten their food I ended up with food poisoning from shrimp and won't go back.There is a reason they are always empty

Order from anywhere else, delivery takes well over a hour. Food will be bland, cold and the customer service is horrible

I actually loved the food and service, excellent area next to my house. The cashiers are always nice. Will come back again.

Absolutely awful. I have ordered from this store for 5+ years, and the service keeps going down hill. I ordered a simple delivery for my family including small children, and I had to call back 3 times in a desperate attempt for them to bring me the correct items. On the third call, I was confronted by two EXTREMELY rude women. The first woman insisted that they had delivered the correct items to me and told me I was lying. Then, a second woman came on the phone yelling at me telling me to "eat what (they've) given me" and it's not her problem that I "don't know what Chinese food looks like." 100% unbelievable and UNACCEPTABLE. I urge you to order from ANY other Chinese food restaurant. Trust me, it'd be worth any extra money you have to pay. I AM OUTRAGED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't expect fancy. Just expect awesome food.

Great food! Great staff! We will return! If you want delivery from them and not a third party, call them. If you want to dine in, they have a very clean dining room and attentive staff.

Tried this place for the first time and The food was so good! Even my daughter kept saying it was delicious!

Not a good experience with the lady I just spoke to on the phone. Horrible customer service. I ordered delivery and she had a snappy attitude and yelled at me because she can't understand my address. Not okay. This is not a huge town. It isn't hard to figure out and it is definitely not acceptable for your employees to speak to anyone in that manner. Especially because I was being nothing but patient and kind to her. Will not be going through them again and I will make sure to tell my friends and family to stop going there as well. On top of that they messed up my order and charged me for the entire thing anyways.

Surprisingly good food for a little hole in the wall place. The staff was quick and friendly. The atmosphere is a little dated and run down and they don't have a soda fountain. All sodas are by the can. No refills. But pretty good food anyway.

I doubt understand the lower reviews of this quality restaurant. The prices are very reasonable. The portions are generous. The flavors and quality of ingredients is great. It's the best Asian food restaurant in Castle rock.

One of our entrees was the wrong order and the other had the wrong sauce. We ordered rice with both and didn't get any rice. Called the restaurant and they ignored the fact that the order was wrong and said they ran out of rice. We used to love Toss, but no more. We will find a new place in town.

Our dinner was delivered super fast, was still hot and tasted wonderful 👍I would highly recommed this restaurant!

The food is consistently well prepared and tasty, cashiers gives fantastic customer service. I loved how neat it is and character. Worth a try.

The name toss says it all, namely that you will want to either probably not want to eat it or not feel so well afterwards. Mongolian beef was bland and the onions soggy. The only positive was that lunch included a crab cheese wonton on top of the soup and egg roll.Wait staff forgot sauces for egg roll and never stopped by to refill water or check to see if I was satisfied with my meal even though I was literally the only customer inside the place. Had to go into the back prep area to get their attention to pay out....wanted to just walk out...very dissatisfied and won't be coming back.

Delicious food! Usually when we get a big order we also get free donuts! YUM

This is the better option for Chinese in Castle Rock. Their noodles are on point and their stir fry has good, fresh vegetables.

My favorite Asian restaurant!!! They have it all!!! Great Chinese, great Thai, and great Vietnamese. I can’t get over it! We had the pad Thai, and the tropical fried rice, and the Vietnamese noodle bowl. It may be true that they don’t have the best English skills but who cares! Their food speaks for itself!! Give this place a shot don’t let any of the negative reviews ruin it for you!

It was very delicious-! I fed my family of 7 kids, and myself for $27.00. We inhaled the orange chicken, and noodles, and beef plates.We'll be back-!

I ordered an hour ago and they said it would be here 30 minutes ago. I only got one order of chicken and it's still not here.I take it back!! I got my food literally just after I posted this and the man who delivered it to me was very nice and I am pretty sure was one of the chefs at the restaurant. My guess is that they just didn't have a delivery drive and that was the reason for delay. The food was hot and so freaking good!! Not to mention, there was so. much. food. I will have leftovers for sure. Will be ordering from here again.

Wonderful little asian cafe in Castle Rock. We had the orange chicken and the pork chow mein. Both items came out hot and cooked perfectly. Descent prices for family dinners and very good appetizers and soup too.

Hard to find anyone who speaks English, when you do she'll rush you through your order, which she'll get wrong the first time and have to go through a whole process of refunding and repaying just to get the order. We finally get the food and it's lukewarm, and lightly seasoned at best. You'd be better off picking up food from a fast food place than here.

Great place for some authentic Chinese food with large portions.

This restaurant has the most authentic Chinese food in the area. I travel from Denver to Castle Rock just to get the food. I would recommend this to whoever is in the mood for Chinese and is in the area.

Food tastes OK. Portions are large that's good. But their prices were different at checkout and staff didn't mention it at ordering...

They are one of the best options for Chinese food in Castle Rock. The food is good, and they are quick with delivery. Our favorites dishes of theirs include Sesame Chicken, Mongolian Beef (I usually get light onions, and extra beef - it comes with a LOT of onions), and their Lo Mein is pretty good.

Best wonton soup, actual soup also containing veggies. Everything was great. Patient and helpful on the phone when I placed my order.

This is some of the best Asian food in Castle Rock. Service while dining in can be hit or miss, unfortunately.

General Tao's was very good, but not spicy enough. Still, pretty darn good

This is the best Chinese food you can get in the area, 100%. The owners are always friendly, and I've never been served anything bad.
